Preseli Brewery is based in The Salterns Industrial Estate in Tenby and was opened in June 2009 by Brian & Sue Dooley. Brian has always been a keen home brew enthusiast and after many years in the electrical industry decided to share his passion and commitment to produce quality ales with like minded people. The ingredients are Herefordshire hops, fine malted barley, yeast & water used to produce Brian’s own unique recipes. The brew names are based on a nautical theme to reflect Pembrokeshires beautiful coastline. Brian’s bottling process minimises the unfermented yeast leaving the bottled beer virtually sediment free and therefore giving better results to the finished product.
