The Wild Honey Co is tucked away in a remote corner of Wales, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the rugged Pembrokeshire coast. The wild cliff tops, hidden valleys and hills offer an unspoilt paradise where our bees gather this special honey. A unique and exquisite flavour from the nectar of dandelions, may, bluebells, buttercups, blackberries and wild clovers. The Wild Honey Company is a partnership of Annette and Nic Tonkin. They breed and rear queen bees. Through careful selection from the local bee population, they identify natural disease resistance which in turn leads to the production of naturally strong and healthy honeybee colonies. Through pollination, bees are a vital link in the production of viable seeds and fruit, an invaluable food source for many animal and bird species, including obviously ourselves. And of course, the other unforgettable spin-off.........Honey!
