The Welsh bakery started hand baking bread from locally milled flour almost 30 years ago. A family owned business then as today they are still baking to the highest standards. Over the years The Welsh Bakery has grown from its modest beginnings and now enjoys an enviable reputation as one of the finest small bakeries in Pembrokeshire without having lost any of its cherished values. Our Breads are made using quality flour and a traditional mixing method which uses resting time instead of chemical techniques. This helps to give the flavour and texture, ourselves and our customers alike have been enjoying for years.
