Born and raised on a Pembrokeshire dairy farm he has turned his lifelong experience of the Pembrokeshire countryside and farming in to a very successful business. Mark originally started as a fruit and vegetable wholesaler, but with a keen entrepreneurial eye for an opportunity, Mark identified that there was a great demand for a one stop shop for all fresh produce and with his background in dairy farming he was ideally situated to take advantage of the opportunity. The rest, as they say is history. The Fresh Produce Centre is a Pembrokeshire success story, supplying local Pembrokeshire milk all over West Wales. Their dairy in Haverfordwest is the only facility still bottling local milk.
